The lowest amount of calories I ever had to eat to shred fat was around 1600 calories. :) Which is super dooper healthy and I always felt fantastic. I was reeeally lucky to find her!
I absolutely love lifting heavy, enjoy occasional cardio (but not as much). I am working my way to becoming vegan and eventually raw vegan and I have a great respect for people who already got there.
